The clock for a session begins when the appointment is set, so I will do my best to arrive early for set up in order to maximize your time on the table. It is normal to receive 50 minutes of massage per 60 minutes scheduled, so a two hour session has ten extra minutes of massage in it! If you are similarly ready on time, that ensures that you will get the most for your money.  I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, so let's keep things professional by being mutually respectful.

I am normally available between 9am and 7pm from Tuesday through Friday and between 10am and 2pm on Saturdays. Appointment requests outside of these hours would mean moving things around in my personal life, which is not impossible, but would require a longer period of notification and in some cases, special arrangements.

The heavy stuff (aka "the fine print"):

Adequate room and ambience are necessary to provide a massage unless it is a chair massage. Privacy, low noise levels, and a minimum 6'x10' space to set up in are crucial to having a positive experience. A chair massage needs a circle that is 6' in diameter unless you are only requesting one area of the body for work.

All sessions where a client-side late start occurs will still run up to the end of the arranged time, as my service requires me to travel to the next appointment.

24 hours notice of a new appointment and 24 hours notice of a change to any existing appointment is not only polite, it is the best way to keep our stress down and the energy focused on healing.  If you are unable to make the appointment you scheduled, a sitting fee of 33% will be incurred if you inform me in less than 24 hours, while the full price of the session will be charged if I am en route or at your door when I am notified. Extenuating circumstances do come up, of course, but other people could have used that time for their massage and I have no way of recouping that loss of business, so let us please leave this bridge uncrossed. My service starts (if not the clock) when I am prepping for your massage session and that also includes the expenditure of gas and time.

This does not only apply to you. Should I arrive after our scheduled start time and you do not get your full time's worth (~10 minutes of set-up and break-down are considered part of each session, regardless of length), your session is $5.00. If I do not show up and my family and I are still alive, your next two sessions are free. I take accountability and timeliness seriously.

First-time clients are given some leeway where service is concerned, in that a session may be ended at any time, for any reason and we will part on good terms.
